This Privacy Policy explains how the NULLWAVE Discord bot (the "Service") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you invite it to a Discord server or interact with it. By using NULLWAVE, you agree to the practices described here.

NULLWAVE collects only the data necessary for its features to function:

• Server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, and message IDs — to configure and operate features like monitors, auto roles, moderation, and panels
• User IDs — for moderation actions, leveling, reaction roles, panel ownership checks, and audit logs
• Usernames, display names, and avatar URLs — to render leaderboards, level-up cards, welcome messages, and moderation embeds
• Message content — only when a specific feature requires it (e.g. anti-link and auto-mod filters, keyword triggers, monitors). NULLWAVE does not scrape or archive conversations in the background
• Uploaded content — decals and audio uploaded through the Roblox panel, stored to provide the asset upload functionality
• Game server data — public SA-MP and Roblox server addresses, player counts, and status queried to power monitoring features
• Technical logs — errors, command usage counters, and timestamps used for debugging and the public status/monitoring pages

• Delivering bot functionality: moderation, monitoring, leveling, panels, and utility commands
• Remembering per-server configuration (channels, settings, monitor targets)
• Maintaining security: abuse detection, rate limiting, and blacklist enforcement
• Debugging crashes and improving reliability
• Aggregated, anonymized statistics shown on the status/monitoring pages of this website

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We do not use your data for advertising or build advertising profiles.

Data is stored on servers controlled by the NULLWAVE team, protected by reasonable technical and organizational measures including access controls. We retain data only as long as needed to operate the features above, or as required to resolve disputes and enforce our Terms.

• When the bot is removed from a server, server-specific configuration is scheduled for deletion (cleanup windows may apply).
• Individual data (e.g. leveling entries) can be deleted on request through our support server.
• Uploaded content may be removed automatically when it expires, is deleted by the uploader, or is taken down by moderation review.

NULLWAVE relies on a limited set of third parties to operate:

• Discord — the platform the bot runs on; interaction data is processed under Discord's privacy terms
• Hosting & database providers — where bot data and logs are stored
• Roblox / SA-MP — public server information is queried to power monitoring features

These providers process data only as needed to deliver their own services. We do not share your personal data with them for marketing purposes.

• Access & deletion — request a copy or deletion of data associated with your user ID or server ID
• Opt-out — disable specific features in your server (e.g. leveling) or remove the bot entirely
• Appeals — contest a blacklist or moderation decision through the support server

NULLWAVE is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in our support server, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest revision.
