Terms of Service

By inviting, using, or interacting with the NULLWAVE Discord bot (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must remove the bot from any server you control and stop using the Service.

If you are adding NULLWAVE to a Discord server, you confirm that you have the authority to do so (e.g. you are the server owner or an administrator with permission) and that the server's members will be bound by these Terms through the server's use of the bot.

NULLWAVE is a Discord bot that provides community management features, including but not limited to:

• Moderation tools — bans, kicks, warnings, timeouts, anti-link and auto-mod filters, with audit logging
• Real-time SA-MP and Roblox server monitoring with automatic alerts, uptime tracking, and player counts
• Auto roles, reaction roles, and welcome messages
• Leveling system with custom level-up cards, leaderboards, and rewards
• Analytics — server stats, activity tracking, and growth metrics
• Multi-language support (English, Indonesian) and utility commands

Some features (monitoring dashboards, Roblox asset panels) are also exposed on this website. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time. We may also temporarily or permanently discontinue parts of the Service, with or without notice.

To use NULLWAVE you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) and comply with Discord's minimum age policy.

• Server owners and administrators are responsible for how the bot is configured and used in their server.
• Server owners must ensure the bot is not used to break Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, or any applicable law.
• You are responsible for the content that passes through the bot in your server (messages, uploads, assets). NULLWAVE does not endorse or take ownership of user-generated content.

You agree NOT to use NULLWAVE to:

• Harass, threaten, defame, or dox any individual or group
• Distribute malware, phishing links, scams, or illegal content
• Sexualize or endanger minors in any way
• Spam, self-bot, automate requests, or abuse Discord's API rate limits through or alongside the bot
• Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer for malicious purposes, overload, or gain unauthorized access to NULLWAVE's infrastructure
• Circumvent bans, rate limits, or security measures imposed by NULLWAVE or Discord

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we aim for high uptime, we do not guarantee that NULLWAVE will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, hosting issues, Discord API outages, or factors beyond our control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also change these Terms; the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the bot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

NULLWAVE's features are currently free. If premium plans, donations, or paid features are introduced in the future, additional terms will apply and be published on this page before taking effect.

Any purchases, donations, or payments made through third parties claiming to sell NULLWAVE services are not endorsed by us. Verify payment channels only through our official support server.

• You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot from your server.
• We may terminate or restrict access to the Service for any server or user that violates these Terms, abuses the bot, or poses a security or stability risk.
• Upon termination, data handling follows our Privacy Policy (including any applicable retention/cleanup windows).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NULLWAVE and its operators disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Service is provided without warranty of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NULLWAVE and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including data loss, lost profits, or business interruption — arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
